Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00pm (ACDT/AEST) on business days are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Dispatch refers to the order leaving our facility. It does not guarantee same-day delivery.

We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
All applicable shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes vary by location and carrier and are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@whey.com.au and we’ll assist where possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.
